Create truly unique, one of a kind garments with our Cut and Sew services. We can take your designs and print them on our quality polyester fabric and then take the bulk material and cut out each of the panels of the garment and sew the pieces together. These Cut and Sew items minimize white areas/creases and are great for images that wrap around.
NOTICE ON ALL CUT AND SEW ITEMS: All Cut and Sew items will ship from a different location, other than S&K Print. If you have other items that are NOT Cut and Sew they will ship directly from S&K Print so there may be multiple packages and varied delivery times.
CUSTOMERS USING THEIR OWN SHIPPING LABELS: You will be required to submit 2 shipping labels for items that are Cut and Sew. One label will be from S&K to our sewing supplier, and the 2nd label will be from the sewer directly to your customer. If there will be other items in your order that are NOT Cut and Sew you will need to include 1 additional label for those items to be sent from S&K Print to your customer.

100% polyester fabric that is printed on rolls and is individually cut and sewn matching the print templates. Each piece of the garment will have its own art area. Extra time is needed for production as we have to print, cut, and sew each item.
